One More Year to Benefit from the RénoVert Tax Credit!

The Government of Quebec has extended the duration of its RénoVert program by one whole year, to the delight of all those who waited until the last minute to undertake their eco-friendly renovation projects.

As a reminder, this measure can recover 20% of your eco-responsible residential renovation expenses of more than $500, up to a maximum of $10,000. Adopted in 2016, the RénoVert program contributes to improving the houses' energy performance while protecting the environment. What more could we ask for?
You have until March 31, 2018, to reach an agreement with a recognized contractor, and until January 1, 2019, to pay your expenses. Therefore, you benefit from an additional 12 months to complete your renovation projects and then to access the program’s financial support.
